That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Part 24 the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 no additional equipment shall be installed on or attached to the tower. Reason: To protect the character and appearance of this part of the Chiltern's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. That, in the event of there no longer being a requirement for tower, the structure shall be demolished and the land restored to its former condition. Reason: To protect the character and appearance of this part of the Chiltern's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
