That the installation would have a serious impact on the character and
visual amenity of the area and would be intrusive to, and detract from,
the residential amenities enjoyed by the occupiers of nearby dwellings,
particularly those in Sherwood Gardens. As such the proposal is
contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan particularly Policy G15 and the intention of Planning Policy
Guidance Note 8 entitled "Telecommunications".
