is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That any apparatus or structure provided in accordance with this
permission shall be removed from the land, building or structure
on which it is situated within 3 months of it no longer being
required for telecommunication purposes.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
That noise levels from equipment on the site shall not exceed
10 dba above existing background noise levels at a distance of 2 metres
from the equipment cabin.
