That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the wearing course of the
cycleway shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That prior to the commencement of any development, details of finished
levels of the cycleway shall be submitted to and approved in writing
by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: As the site is located within an area liable to flood.
That details of any hedge planting shall be submitted to and approved
in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any planting.
Reason: To ensure appropriate planting.
That barriers to prevent motor cycle access shall be erected at the
northern end of the cycle routes in accordance with details which
shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
