Decision
Refusal of Listed Building Consent on 3rd March 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the proposals include extensive demolition and substantial extension and alterations to the existing attractive barns which would detract from the character and setting of the existing buildings, contrary to Policies CON6 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan. That inadequate information accompanies the application to demonstrate that the conversion works can be undertaken without compromising the integrity of the remaining structure. As such, the development is contrary to Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
