Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing, reference WA:01 Rev.A. all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
