That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the premises shall be used only as a single dwelinghouse as defined in Class C3 of the Schedule of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 or in any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to ensure that the development complies with the Green Belt policies within the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
