Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the dormer cheeks and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the shower room window in the northern elevation shall first be glazed in obscure glass and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
