pedestal advertisement, in the immediate vicinity of attractive street
furniture, and within an area of open frontage which is devoid of
permanent or illuminated signage, represents an intrusve feature which
is detrimental to the visual amenities of the locality.  As such the
proposal is contrary to policy G13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
