Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes
specified in the application, for stabling a horse for the personal
enjoyment of occupants of Holly Cottage and the building shall not be
used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality to protect
local amenities
That the existing hedge as indicated by green lines on the attached
plan reference P98/W0747/'A' shall be retained and properly maintained
at a height of not less than 2.5 metres and that any plant which may
die or be seriously damaged or destroyed within three years of the
completion of the development shall be replaced and the replacement
shall be properly maintained.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
That the walls and roof of the building shall be finished in
accordance with the schedule of finishes set out in the letter
received from the applicant on 27 November 1998 prior to the first
occupation and use of the building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
