That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the top lights in the north-west facing elevation of the conservatory hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first occupation and use of the conservatory and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the boundary fence between Nos. 65 Fir Tree Avenue and 30 Greenfield Crescent shall be increased or retained at a height of 1.8 metres between the points A and B shown on the submitted block plan prior to the first occupation of the conservatory hereby permitted and that such fence shall thereafter be retained and maintained in a proper state of repair. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
