That the roller shutter door shall be colour washed to match the walls of the existing barn within six months of the date of the planning permission hereby granted. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the disused section of the barn as indicated on the submitted plans and as amplified in letter dated 25 November 1998 from the owner shall be completely dismantled and the materials removed from the land and the land left in a tidy and orderly condition within six months of the date of the planning permission hereby granted. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and to protect local amenities.
