Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That all parts of the external walls proposed to be cement rendered shall be cement rendered in accordance with the submitted plan ref 9845-02.A and in a colour to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority within six months of the first occupation of the extension. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
