That samples of materials for all new external walls and roofs
including those for making good following insertion of windows or
doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all new windows including
rooflights, external doors and external vents has been submitted to
and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

no windows other than the shuttered window shown on the submitted plan
shall be inserted in the roof slope of the south-western elevation of the
building as altered.
Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the roofscape.
