building(s).
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the extension hereby permitted shall not be occupied or used until
space has been laid out within the site for vehicles to be parked as set
out in the Agent's letters and accompanying plans received on 20 October
1998 and 4 November 1998 and such parking spaces shall be retained
thereafter.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
