Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the buildings shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application ancillary to the use of the land as a horticultural nursery and at such time as they are no longer required for the purposes specified, the buildings shall be removed and the land left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: To protect local amenities.
