That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 90375/930/100 105B, 223 and 218 accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer in in writing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved. That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990. This permission shall not be implemented until an appropriate arrangement for the management and community use of the tennis courts has been drawn up to the satisfaction of both the Chief Planning Officer and the Chief Education Officer and has been signed by the relevant parties. Reason: To ensure that the tennis courts are available for community use and are effectively managed.
