That the bond of brickwork used in the construction of the gazebo shall be submittd to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That the brickwork to be used in the gazebo extension shall be pointed using a lime-based mortar mix. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.
