Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the workshop shall be used only ancillary to the use of the premises for the retail sale and repair of motorcycles as specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To protect local amenities. That no repairs shall be carried out to motor cycles other than inside the building. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
