Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the bedroom window in the front elevation of the extension shall be of the same size, type and materials as the existing first floor windows in the front elevation as confirmed by the applicant's letter dated 4 January 1999. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
