That a scheme for the planting of a hedge adjacent to the eastern
boundary of the site shall be submitted to and approved in writing
by the Local Planning Authority within three months of the date of
this decision.  The scheme shall be implemented as approved within
the first planting season following the date of this decision
and thereafter maintained in accordance with the approved scheme.
In the event that any of the plants are seriously damaged or destroyed
within 5 years of the scheme being implemented, new planting to
accord with the approved scheme shall be undertaken within the first
available planting season.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
