Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That, if work is commenced on the implementation of the development permitted by decision notice dated 11 April 1997 issued in respect of application P97/W0080, this permission shall lapse and become void. If work is commenced on the implementation of this permission then the planning permission issued in respect of appliction P97/W0080 shall lapse and become void.
