That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That, within three months of the despatch of a written request from the Local Planning Authority to provide a third off-street parking space, a third off-street parking space shall be provided. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience.
