is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning

That the existing wall shall be made good at the proposed opening
in matching brickwork in accordance with details submitted to and
approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
