Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to the location of the extension relative to the boundary of the site, the proposals represent a cramped and intrusive form of development which would detract from the character and setting of the existing property and the visual amenity of the locality, which lies within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, contrary to policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan. That the proposal does not make adequate and satisfactory provision for car parking for the enlarged dwelling contrary to Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
