Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the external walls shall be colour washed dark green within six months of the first occupation and use of the building/compound. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That a scheme for the landscaping of the site incorporating details provided by the Council's Landscaping Consultant and including the planting of trees and hedging shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted. The scheme shall be implemented as approved within 12 months of the commencement of the development and thereafter be retained and maintained to the complete satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings. That notwithstanding the details contained in the submitted amended plan reference AB/02 Revision A the south-east facing wall of the compound shall be constructed to a height of 3.5 metres above ground level. Reason: To protect local amenitites.
