years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
 
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the parking space to the side of the property shall be provided
in accordance with the details shown on drawing no. M7 dated
August 1998 prior to the first occupation of the extension.
 
Reason: To accord with the policy of the Local Planning Authority.
