That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 93541/921/301/1404, 9354/910/301/01 and 93541/910/301/02 accompaying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved. That at the expiration of a period ending on 30 September 2003 the building be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development. That no development shall take place until the trees on the site which are to be retained and which are adjacent to or within the development area, have been protected prior to and during building operations, by means of a protective fence around the edge of the canopy of the trees and in accordance with the written requirements of the Chief Planing Officer relating to the protection of trees. Furhermore no works or storing of plant materials shall be carried out within the fenced area. Reason: To ensure the protection of trees on the land and to preserve the amenities of the locality. That the final position for the building shall be approved by the Chief Planning Officer before the commencement of the development. Reason: To ensure the protection of trees on the land and to preserve the amenities of the locality. That no services shall be routed under the canopies of any of the trees to be retained on the site without the prior approveal of the Chief Planning Officer. Reason: To ensure the protection of trees on the land and to preserve the amenities of the locality. That a scheme for the landscaping of the site, including the planting of live trees and shrubs, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Chief Planning Office prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted. The approved scheme shall be implemented within 12 months of the first use of the approved development and thereafter be maintained to the complete satisfaction of the Chief Planning Officer. In the event of any of the trees or shrubs so planted dying or being seriously damaged or destoryed within three years of the completion of the development, a new tree or shrub or equivalent number of shrubs, as the case may be, of a species first approved by the Chief Planning Officer, be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions first approved by the Chief Planning Officer. Reason: To help to assimulate the development into its surroundings.
