That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 93541/921/301/1404, 9354/910/301/01 and 93541/910/301/02 accompaying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer in writing. In the event of any of the trees or shrubs so planted dying or being seriously damaged or destoryed within three years of the completion of the development, a new tree or shrub or equivalent number of shrubs, as the case may be, of a species first approved by the Chief Planning Officer, be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions first approved by the Chief Planning Officer. Reason: To help to assimulate the development into its surroundings.
