That the development would be contrary to Policy T16 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan which states that the approved corridor
of the proposed Didcot to Milton Heights Link Road Stage 2 will
be protected from development.
That the application fails to demonstrate that a safe means of access
can be provided to the public highway contrary to Policy G10 of the
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That a general industrial use (Class B2) could create a nuisance to
local residents and be detrimental to the amenity of the area by
reason of noise, vibration, smell, fumes, smoke, soot, ash, dust or
grit contrary to Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
