That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That prior to the commencement of works a detailed specification of the type, design and external appearance of the new entrance gates, the doors to the archway and the new window and doors to the boathouse shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.
