Decision
Planning Permission on 18th August 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the extensions and garage shall be of the same colour type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the dwelling are satisfactory. The garage is permitted only as an alternative to the garage permitted under application reference P94/W0228, and at no time shall a second garage be erected on the site. Reason: That the provision of two double garages would detract from the visual amenity of the locality.
