That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That the oak weatherboarding to the gable end shall be limewashed within three months of its addition to the building. A sample of the treated weatherboarding shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.
