detract from the viability and vitality of the shopping centre, contrary
to Policy S1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That insufficient information accompanies the application to demonstrate
that fume extraction can be undertaken in a manner which does not
prejudice the amenity of occupants of adjoining properties nor the
visual amenity of the locality. As such, the development would be
contrary to Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
