That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the walls and roof of the storage building shall be painted black within three months of its construction. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the existing shed on the site shall be dismantled and removed from the site within one month of the first use of the new storage barn. Reason: To protect local amenities. That no goods, plant, machinery or sports equipment shall be stored in the open area adjacent to the building. Reason: To protect local amenities.
