Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing all constructed, surfaced and laid out before the first occupation and use of the extension hereby permitted and thereafter retained and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
