Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the bedroom window in the west (side) elevation shall have a
minimum internal cill height of 1.8 metres above finished floor
level prior to the first use of the extension and shall be retained
as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the ensuite window in the west (side) elevation of the extension
hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the
first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained
as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the
west (side) elevation of the extension other than those expressly
authorised by this permission.
