Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the utility room window in the south eastern (side) elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in either side elevation (north west or south east) of the extension. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That no extension shall be occupied until space has been laid out within the site for four cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn so that they may enter and leave the site in forward gear. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
