That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for making good the walls around the reduced window and door openings shall match those on the existing building in colour, type and texture. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. Tha development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, rooflights and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area and to protect the residential amenities of occupiers.
