That the proposed conservatory would be contrary to policies CON 6 and
CON 10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan in that having regard
to its size, location and articulation with the original building it would
result in an unsympathetic and inappropriate form of extension to a
building which is included on the Statutory List of Buildings of Special
Architectural or Historic Interest (Grade II) and would be detrimental to
the character and appearance of the Little Wittenham Conservation Area.
