Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the building shall not be occupied or used until the external walls have been cement rendered and colour coated in a colour which shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the materials to be used for the coping of the parapet wall and the front elevation of the garage shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
