Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That materials and construction specifications for ground surfaces shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before developmet commences. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience and to protect local amenities. That details of the proposed planters, bollards, benches and other street furniture shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: To protect local amenities. That, within one month of the creation of the new lockable chain access to 228 Broadway, the existing access to Broadway shall be closed in accordance with a scheme which shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience.
