Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the development hereby permitted shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the resolution to seek permission for the development and the letter accompanying such resolution, dated 24 September 1992, unless otherwise altered by conditions of this permission. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out in accordance with the approved details.

That no reversing bleepers or other means of warning of reversing vehicles shall be fixed to or be used on, any mobile plant except in accordance with details to be agreed by the Chief Planning and Development Officer. Reason: To protect the amenities of occupiers of nearby properties from unreasonable noise intrusion.

That hours of use of the Wast Recycling and Reception Centre shall not be other than as follows: Operation Hours: 0730 - 1630 Monday to Saturday 0800 - 1630 Sunday and Bank Holidays Public opening hours: 0830 - 1600 Monday to Saturday including Bank Holidays 0900 - 1600 Sundays Reason: To protect the ameniteis of local residents

Except with the prior agreement of the Local Planning Authority in writing, no operations shall take place during the permitted operational hours in the periods before and after the public opening hours other than the compaction, netting and movement of bins, and general tidying of the site. Reason: To minimise disturbance and to protect the amenities of local residents.

That at the expiration of a period ending on April 2008 or until the completion of the use of the site for landfill purposes, whichever is the sooner, the use specified shall be discontinued. Reason: The development is of a type not considered suitable for permanent retention.
