That the pitched roof on the western side of the balcony shall
be constructed and the spiral staircase relocated within six months
of the date of this decision, in accordance with plan reference
AHA0102A - Revision C received on 16 November 1998, and retained
thereafter unless planning permission has first been granted in respect
of any alteration or amendment.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the tiles to be used for the pitched roof on the western side of
balcony shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on
the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Part 1
of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning General Development Order
1988 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no windows or
other openings shall be inserted in the pitched roof on the western side
of the balcony unless planning permission has first been granted by
the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
