the proposal represents an unacceptable overdevelopment of the site and an
unneighbourly form of development which would detract from the character
of the area and the residential amenities of the occupiers of
19 Greenfield Crescent.  As such the proposal would be contrary to
Policy H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
