Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning

That the materials to be used for the brick plinth of the conservatory
shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the
building.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the conservatory shall only be constructed as a joint scheme with
the conservatory at 10 Rowland Close approved under application
reference P98/W0138.
 
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly
