five years from the date of this consent.
 
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
        Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That all materials from the building shall be salvaged and stored on
the site, to be used for the repair and maintenance of other buildings
on the site.
 
Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special
        circumstances.
