Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to its size, bulk and massing relative to the size
of the site and its surroundings, to its inappropriate design, and to
its location on the boundary of the site, the extension would represent
a cramped, intrusive and incongruous form of development which would
detract from the appearance of the street scene and, in combination with
other similarly framed submissions which would become difficult to
resist, would result in a progressive detraction in the visual amenity
of the locality, contrary to Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
