Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the extension shall not be occupied until the external walls have been cement rendered. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the roof tiles on the existing extension shall be re-used where possible and any new tiles shall be of the same colour, type and texture as the re-used plain tiles. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors, rooflights and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
