That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 90238/930/100 001, 90238/930/100 503, 90238/930/100 504 accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved. That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91(1)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990. That the trees on the site which are to be retained shall be protected during building operations in accordance with the written requirements (copy attached) of the Chief Planning Officer relatig to the protection of trees. Reason: To ensure the protection of trees on the land and to preserve the amenities of the locality. That the car park shall only be used during weekends and during the evenings after 5pm from Monday to Friday inclusive and shall be located shut at all other times. Reason: To avoid the car park being used for purposes other than those set out in the application documents. That details of the car park barrier shall be submitted and approved by the Chief Planning Officer before commencement of development and that the barrier shall be installed and operative before the first use of the car park. Reason: To ensure proper control of the car park.
