Planning Permission on 26th March 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
building(s).
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Part 1
of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted
Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order),
no windows shall be inserted in the north east facing side elevation of
the extension hereby permitted unless planning permission has first been
granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in
respect thereof.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the extension shall not be occupied until space has been laid out
within the site for three cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn so
that they may enter and leave the site in forward gear.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
